A Forks Township mechanical piping solutions provider has acquired a Utah-based iron and steel foundry, which the company says will help steer its growth well into the future.
Victaulic Co., 4901 Kesslersville Road, made the announcement Wednesday of its acquisition with Nephi, Utah-based Horizon Metals, Inc. The family-owned and operated iron and steel foundry was established more than three decades ago by Wayne Fish.
Horizon is known for servicing an array of industries and manufacturers whose products are sold worldwide. Its produced castings ranging from simple to extremely complex, such as for nuclear and North Sea applications.
